Appalling, no customer service whatsoever. Inconsiderate company. Disgraceful.

The worst service to use if you are trying to leave the country. DO NOT USE THEM! Very quick to take your money, but their customer service is terrible. Either you hold until someone just drops the line or you keep getting transferred until the same thing happens. I have been trying to get a flight change for a flight cancelled by the airline for Monday and I cannot get hold of them and you cannot make changes online. Next, the will be telling me I have forfeited my money because I didn't contact them. They do not even respond to emails. Absolutely poor service. Super disappointed. Actually, just appalled.
