Appalling Experience

I had an appalling experience with this online company and will never use them again. I made a booking for a flight to Portugal, which I subsequently had to cancel. Despite having paid extra for what was advertised on their site as a "full refund" in case of cancellation, I only received back a small portion of the money I spent. Their online information was misleading to the point of dishonesty. Do not book through them.
