After sale service is useless

I would like to cancel my subscription. I am using the last 4 digits of the card I used, as stated On my eDreams profile profile, yet it says the digits I am capturing are incorrect. I have tried calling them but you can’t speak to a human being and the auto options are unhelpful. Further to this, I am being charged on both my credit card and cheque account. After sale service is just useless. Can’t reach them telephonically or on email.
