Absolute ******* service

If I could give anything below a 1, I would. I made a booking for 4 flight tickets and the quoted price was R 4968.00, as soon as the payment is processed an amount of R 6,235.41 was debited from my account, I called the airline to enquire and they advise that only R 4968.00 was paid to them and I would need to take the matter up with edreams. Their chat bot does not work, the email address simply bounces back each time. The amount the deducted and what was quoted do not match all I wan tis my money back so I can make the booking myself since they seem to struggle to. The airline wants to charge me R 400.00 per ticket to alter a mistake that was not made by me is absolutely ridiculous.
