8 months later no refund/voucher on canceled flight (they canceled it)

This is a terrible travel agency. Do not make the mistake of booking anything with them. Unfortunately, the ticket prices look cheap, making it an attractive "deal" However, customer support is not included in your ticket. Our flight got cancelled, we have been trying to get our tickets refunded/vouchered for 8 months now, they keep telling us they will get back to us, but never do, have tried to contact the airliner Air Austral directly who told me it was the responsibility of the travel agency to refund such a case, even though the airliner cancelled the flight. We get pushed from one side to the other. RATHER JUST BOOK THROUGH THE AIRLINER ! don't book through agents they are just middlemen trying to take your money.
