Dishonest, ****************_Bad company, bad business

I booked a car on the 26 Dec 2021 at 17h29,paid for it. Decided to cancel a few minutes later and requested a full refund. Cancellation obviously in less than 24 hours, only to be told that their cancellation policy will apply and that of the R1017. 52 plus the insurance of R210. 00, they will only refund me R135. 00 HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE AND HOW CAN THEY GET AWAY WITH THIS? I AM DISGUSTED. IF ANYBODY IS READING THIS, DO NOT EVER BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY
