Cancelation money not paid

on the 29.09.2021 I rented a vehicle online in Port Elizabeth only to find out I was dealing with an overseas broker which wanted R10 000 deposit. However, before I made payment I was told the deposit to be withheld would only be for R4000 I even took a screenshot before making payment! After payment I saw the deposit was R10 000. I then immediately canceled online and was promised my money back after 21 days. Well guess what????? 21 days have since lapsed and no money in my account. I am sick and tired of this. Last month I lost R500 of my money to another broker. And the worse part is there is absolutely no one to contact????
