Dishonest School Principal

The Principal fir the school is not an honest man. I sent an email on the 08 December 2018 to request the school to send me my childs school report by email as we won't be around on the day of school closure. I spoke to the principal on the 13 December 2018, telephonically to ask him to send me the report electronically. He promised to send it 12h00. He assured me that by q2h30 it will be in my inbox. I sent him a reminder sms around 12h57 as there was nithing in my inbox. I sent him another sms around 14h30, pleading with him. He checked all the messages but he never responded to my sms's. He failed to honor the promise he made. How do I trust the school? The worst part I already paid the fees in full for 2019. I am very dissapointed with the school. I don't think i will support any school activity.
