Paid R4000 & got NO results

I went to EDL Beauty studio to my usual hair dresser. I sent her a foto earlier in the week and asked her if she could color my hair from black to pastel purple and she said she could do it. So I went there the Saturday morning as I knew it was going to take long. She started with bleaching my hair once. Then it came out orange (as I knew it would) she said that the pastel wont work on the orange so she had to bleach it again. It came out orange again, just a little lighter. Then she said she will be able to do the pastel. She showed me a few color that she would mix to get pastel purple and I TOLD her that it is to dark and she said that she could then just mix a lighter color with. By this time the salon had already closed and they asked me to pay as they wanted to cash up, so I paid R4000 without knowing what my hair is going to look like. When she washed off my hair it was a mix between dark red and plum. Firstly I was so shocked about the price then she didn't do my hair like I asked her. I was SO disappointed I wanted to report her to the manager but she owns the salon so theres no use! I would really like my money back so I can go to some1 that can do it properly!
