We had a job card sent out about my faulty board at Ashton in Ballito and the company sent out Vishaal. He was fantastic, he went beyond. He managed to show me how to optimize my Mathematics classroom using integrated software on the smart notebook. I'm not exaggerating when I say that he changed the way that I am now teaching, what an impact he had over a 30 min session.
