I reached out regarding my issue with their earbuds hoping for a swift resolution and assistance. However, the level of support I received was *** 💩🚽👎🏾 Stay away from Edifier they only care about money!!

Additionally, the communication was poor and inefficient, even today my issue was never resolved I hope you enjoy my money you ****mers!!!
