Edifice facilities management

did repairs for Edifice facilities management in Thohoyandou Builders Express. i got a call out to go check a faulty roller shatter door on Tuesday 22 March 2022 and i went and submitted the quote to Edifice facilities management who said they were waiting for approval then i was called on Saturday 26 March 2022 and i was told that my quotation has been approved and the lady calling asked me nicely to go attend on the door ASAP n asked me to fix the door on that very same day. I cancelled all my plans and went to Thohoyandou Builders Express and fixed the door to perfection and the store supervisor signed everything and i sent it back to Edifice facilities management. Ever since Monday 28 March 2022 i have been calling the agent who assigned me to fix the door and she was not answering my phone calls i sent whats app messages and they were not rep**** they were blue ticking them n ignoring my request to get paid for the job well done.

I got information that they only pay on Fridays and i was going to get paid on Friday. Come Friday the Edifice agent didnt take my calls n then she rep**** my whats app telling me to email my invoice to a email address that doesn't work then over the weekend she didn't answer my calls or whats app messages.

Today i did research on their website and got their head office numbers and when i called they all were very rude towards me as i explained my situation and they were very mad at me for calling Builders Express head office. They said they would get back to me and never did call me back until i had to call them again and they were rude and kept me on the line as they were taking other calls . They even went to the extent of telling me that their agent/employee Charne does not work with them they dont know what i was talking about. As i called them for the third time they said they **** a mistake Charne works with them bt she has been hospitalized.

There are alot of lies and miscommunication i just want to get paid for the work i did at Builders Express Thohoyandou.
