They don't know how to manage their accounts department

In 2019 my daughter was attending at edgeview academy to rewrite her matric examination the monthly fee was R890 and January we paid R950 including registration. The monthly fees i paid them till October and January on the 7th January 2020 when she going to collect her results they told her she's owing R890 fine I transferred that money into her account to pay at the counter so that she can get the results, after paying at the counter Cynthia she os the one who helped her but never gave her the invoice but she got the results. Now I got the Email from dept collectors showing that I paid from February to August 2019 my question is if she was owing why she had the results.
