NON-Delivery, Dishonest communication, wrong materials

Ordered a braai and paid in full. 10weeks later only half the braai has been delivered. The gas braaier is still not ready, despite a two week delivery promise. The grill is not stainless and agreed, and we cannot get a firm answer on delivery. Supplier refuses to refund the undelivered gas braai more than 10 weeks LATE (charged me R5365 for the gas braaier, wants to refund R1000, plus the grill is not stainless as agreed. No communication from the supplier
