I am busy with my advance diploma with ICB, i am a distance Learner, so you can do the course in your free time and on your own Phase.

i order the books in 2016, with the videos and extra exercise, those were received via a USB stick found in the book. i unfortunately did not pass the one Exam, and now that i try to access the stick, it recons it expired.

no one told me that the data expires, i paid a R1000 extra per subject for this video and data, now its gone, a lady at Edge Orders Natasha Palmer recons it is gone she cant help it, my point is i paid for that info, so it is not suppose to expire or anything, those documents should be accessible to use for studies.

i think it is ***** and just plain *****ing, now where stood on the stick it is valid for a year, now where state that it will expire, she recons website, well the stick i received i just insert in my computer, and it shows the details, it did not take me to their website etc, it showed the documents.

i can write on every provider there is to not give the service of the videos, because it is not fair for students to pay and then when you need to access it you cant .

it is Edge Learning Media responsibility to restore the documentation, i have paid for it and it is mine, it is not a license it is papers related to my study.

Please advise on way forward
