EDGE LEARNING MEDIA POOR CLIENT RESPONSE

Not only have I waited over 2 and a half weeks for my textbooks that I paid for OVERNIGHT delivery, I have been unable to contact the company on multiple occasions and when someone does answer the phone (because it just rings and rings) the late delivery and failure to deliver is blamed on the delivery company. I have asked numerous times that the couriers just call before they deliver so that I can plan to be home and I haven't received ONE call, yet \the delivery has been attempted 3 times\" with absolutely no proof. <br> <br> I am not the only one experiencing this problem. One would think a company that supplies educational material would have more compassion for learners, yet here I am (along with my classmates) unable to learn my course work or write my test because I have been without a textbook for the entire first 2 weeks of college. <br> <br> This service is appalling and this company clearly shows no urgency to deal with this problem instead just simply blaming the couriers and not even bothering to call with updates. Still, I sit in Accounting, waiting for my textbook that I paid a whopping R170 for OVERNIGHT DELIVERY. No delivery, no updates. What else do I do to just get my textbook?"
