Very poor service

<p> Good day <br />I have recently been trying to get internet from edge-inova and I don’t like doing this but the service I have received from then is very poor to say the least at this point in time my blood is boiling I have contacted them and e-mailed the necessary paperwork to them after 2 weeks of waiting for them I phoned them just to find out they didn’t bother to proses my application because they can’t find my address on Google maps. They didn’t even bother to call me to inform me of the situation then I arranged with them myself to send them my location so they can come out to me they came and looked and said I don’t have line of sight and it is a problem if I had they can help me. I found a place with line of sight and contacted them then they were full of excuses and we can’t install here and this problem and that problem and so on they were not interested to help me at all. I said ok fine I’ll fit the bracket and install the cable so they can just test and connect. Made appointment for the 3rd of Jan 2017 he said it’s fine I’m first on his list he will be at my place first thing I was fine with that. On 3rd Jan at 8:30 phoned the office he is out ok thought he is on his way 11 : 30 phoned again got threw to him first told me he is someone else when I told him who I am he said no no it’s him and his is coming to my hose after “VERY PROFESSIONAL!!!!”. He went to another appointment. At this point I’m waiting to hear from him. I even have the owners number he doesn’t even bother to answer his phone and if he does and you complain he does absolutely nothing about it.<br />IF YOU LIKE TO DO BUSINESS WITH PEOPLE WHO LIE TO YOU AND ARE IN NO WAY INTERESTED TO HELP YOU THEY ARE PERFECT FOR YOU.<br />VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE WILL NOT RECOMMENDED TO ANY ONE!!!!!!!<br /><br /></p>
