Shocking shocking shocking. Horrible exp

I am a loyal customer to edge for men ****arney branch. I have been going for over 2 years now and never had an issue. Until a new hairdresser started a Heinrich. I was completely clear on what I wanted upfront and then I get a 4 barber style all around to make me look like a *********. I have never in my life been more angry. To add to insult the hairdresser starts arguing with me. Thank you edge for not only making my holiday season one of the worst but having me given the pleasure of dealing with an arrogant hairdresser who argues and doesn't understand that his mistake is my consequence. If I could do negative stars i would here. ********** Greg
