Rude receptionist at Edge For Men Canal Walk

Hi<br> <br> Yesterday I booked an appointment with Edge for Men Canal Walk. I requested an appointment at 20:00 as I normally work late. I was told this was too late for them and could I make it 19:45. I agreed.<br> <br> My contact details were supp****, including my phone number.<br> <br> I arrived at 19:50 as I had parked on the wrong side of the shopping centre and it took me a while to find the shop.<br> <br> I wasn't greeted, nor was I asked for my details but instead was told \You are late so we gave away your spot". <br> <br> They then claimed I was 10 minutes late without checking their watch or phone etc.<br> <br> I checked my time (which is accurate) and it showed 19:51 after this exchange. I said so and they shrugged.<br> <br> The shop was dead quiet and the people obviously just wanted to go home and couldn't be bothered to do their jobs properly.<br> <br> I used to frequent this place as canal walk was one of the few hair salons staying open late. I won't be back again after such rude treatment. <br> <br> If they had attempted to call me"
