Was unable to attend so I emailed on the day @ 07:08AM requesting cancellation from the email address on their website.

Get a call @ 11:13 from "reception" confirming the appointment ......... was not able to say anything without the lady consistently cutting me off.

Used to go there now and again, never again now.
