Disappointed in service at Edge for Men Tokai

Phoned Edge for Men yesterday 21 October to make a booking for 18h30. I was told that the booking is in place. When I got there this evening though the receptionist [who does not greet nor smile] said that there was no booking made and was it not at another hairdresser in the mall. I am not stupid and gave her the number I called which turned out to be theirs. She then went to a stylist asking if he could fit me in and he in turn just looked. She then said I must make a booking for tomorrow. What kind of service is this? This is not the first time it happened. <br>
