You'll regret, worst gym company!

Worst gym to sign up with, wanted to cancel the darn membership in July, they told me they'd sort it out, come October I'm being told that my account is in arrears, explained my case they told me I needed to pay the outstanding fees and that one only cancels via an online form ( in Oct) didn't debit the double fees and they blame the client, useless staff, they don't clean their gym equipment I caught COVID even after sanitising it myself before each use.
