Taking your money when they don't do their jobs

This gym is just milking your money. After ending my contract 4years ago they got a debt company to contact me saying I need to pay them over R13000. After ending my contract they did not deduct money again but still say that it's my fault. Their employees do not do their jobs correctly and clearly this gym is all about taking your money.
