STAY AWAY FROM EDGE FITNESS

If I could give negative stars, I’d give them -1000. This has been the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. I signed a contract with them when my son was in Grade 10. He later cancelled during his matric year. Now, four years later, they’ve handed him over to collections and are threatening to take judgment against him. The most shocking part is—he never even signed the contract. I did. This is completely unacceptable.

Here is reply from legal firm wanting payment Kindly note whether he was under age or not he was the member and his name will appear on the account as it would appear on the membership, you as the parent and the one that signed for the membership and responsibility as the payer are the one that will keep his name from being tarnished

I will request the contract and send it to you as soon as I receive it, Please note that it is stipulated in the contract and mentioned to you numerous of times that cancellation is done via email.

The contract was signed and that is a legal binding document. The terms ad conditions was agreed to when you decided to sign and in that being said your verbal cancellation according to the stipulation is NOT valid.
