******** * no refund 90 days later * poor excuses

Edge Fitness - Walmer owes me money and they clearly have disregard for honesty and efficient administration. Three other women, black old ladies had the same issue with them, I have called and emailed their head office in Jeffrey's Bay, spoke to Hein who is a manager. Spoke to JB who is a Co owner and Angie who is admin manager, still I'm waiting 90 days later.

I paid my gym upfront for 12 months, canceled my contract and gave them a calendar month's notice(September). They made me wait a further 40 days after the notice period, gracefully I did. But now it's been 3 weeks lying to me saying the money will be in Friday, what nonsense is that.. How can this be so hard and the lack of urgency. How is it possible that it takes more than 90 days and counting to process a refund of R1100!!!! clearly cause they just don't care, they are ******!!!!
