Save yourself from EDGE FITNESS

I am utterly disgusted by the treatment I have received from Edge Fitness. From the sales agent not being Transparent and HONEST from the time of sale. To dealing with a very rude and condescending employee who was unable to answer a simple question on why there are charges added on my account due to a failed debit order when no charges were added to a debit order that had failed previously. To further not being told that my contract does not end after 24 months (what I signed for) and I need to physically cancel it myself or they will keep debiting. What is worse and what is making me extremely irate is that seconds of speaking to this employee EDGE FITNESS sends me a threatening email of final demand claiming that I have not responded to any of their calls, email and letter. In this final demand they notify me that I have now incurred legal fees on top of my outstanding balance if I don't pay within 3 days. This is beyond disgusting. At no point did I deny or dispute the outstanding balance and explained why there was an outstanding balance and I queried the extra charge before I can proceed in making payment instead however Edge Fitness saw it fit to yell at me and send me threatening emails
