Poor service EDGE FITNESS WALMER.

Edge Fitness Walmer. Absolutely poor poor service. My daughter took over a contract from n lady. She was then expected to pay the arrears from this lady. Also, they kept having problems with deducting my daughters monthly premium. Then blaming my daughter for this. We went to the bank numerous times to make sure nothing was wrong from our side. But still they wanted to charge my daughter for the return of the debit order. Now after COUNTLESS long calls, many times going in to the club and I dont know how many times we had to try and sort this out, NOTHING has changed. The managers pass the buck, lie and talk a lot of **** when you phone them. They say when you take over a contract you also get the arrears of that person??

Now, out of the blue the debit order starts working and they take random amounts off of her account. Off course when she went to them to ask about the amounts they cant explain, nor sort it out from their side. It is also impossible to get someones number from "head office". They become very ***** when asked for details as if it is top secret. This definately tops the charts for the worst service. My daughter cant enjoy her gym contract due to incompitance and a total lack of customer service.
