No communication but my account is handled to their lawyers.

Do not sign up with Edge fitness. I signed up at the Walmer branch and I am livid at their service. I was ******* into signing up a 3 year contract, they leave out so much information out when explaining your contract ( please read your contract carefully before signing anything)

I recently became unemployed due to lockdown and was unable to pay April - August. Today, when I go to the gym to enquire about my balance to pay them, the reception gave me 1000 reasons why she couldn't give me the amount shown on her system bc my account was being handled by someone else.

When I ask them what is going on, no one seems to give me a clear explanation ( whispering to each other, calling one another.) I was told that I have to wait for a call from Candice. I sent an email asking to speak to Candice but no response. The receptionist tells me that Candice is unavailable etc.

I have received threatening sms's stating my account has been handed over to their lawyers but no communication from the gym regarding my account.

I don't recommend this gym. I can't wait to end my contract with them bc I just can't deal with them.
