Gym trying to milk money from us without reason.

I have requested account information from them on THREE EMAILS and received no feedback. I've stopped my debit order. Had a debt collector begging me to re-instate the debit order but I refuse. I still don't get any feedback from them regarding my account. Shocking customer service and even worse business practices.
