Gym cancellation

<p>Hello Peter, </p> <p> </p> <p>The story is as follows...</p> <p>Last year December we decided to sign up to the gym and a guy named Allan helped us sign up, we were told that when we relocate becuase we made him aware that it is our plans, he said we will be able to freeze the membership. We were told we must sign a minimum of 1 year and we did. Now that we relocated it is an ongoing battle with them and i must pay them R650 each month for the membership we were told we can freeze, they said to freeze we must either leave the country or have a medical reason. We relocated and i lost my job,, i dont know how they expect me to pay this.. They also said and this is a repeated problem that the money will be deducted from my account on the 1st of each month but when inhad money come in no matter when before the first they will take it.. I sent them emails and they said it will take 5 working days,, its been 8 now.. </p> <p> </p> <p>I have nothing but bad experience with thisbgym and have many people who aslo have nothing but bad things to say.. Need it to be cancelled with immediate effect becuase its costing me money i dont have and i dont use it..
