False advertising in order to bind you with unstoppable contracts

Edge Fitness club in Port Elizabeth had promised to open a Greenacres branch and we signed our contracts with the hope they will open whislt we are still on the trial period and today over a year they are still not open however deductions haven't stopped. The gym manager says we can change banks if we want to stop payments going through.
