EDGE FITNESS - UNPROFESSIONAL

Misled during sign up that this gym would have new equipment, instead they refurbished old rusted equipment which practically broke while you were training on them. The gym had a huge fan on the floor which was their aircon. We immediately asked to cancel because this was not what we signed up for or were accustomed to train in. It was an unsafe and an unhealthy environment to train in. This gym would not respond to complaints or our request to cancel and continued billing us monthly. Nobody at their head office gets back to you so the billing continues. Cancellation requests are ignored we have tried for months. I have never come across such unprofessionalism in any business. My next step is the Consumer Protection to help deal with these people. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYBODY SIGN UP WITH THIS GYM!!!
