EDGE FITNESS STRAND

This is one of the worst gyms in Strand. We were there. Always paid like loyal customers and then they took over the previous gym (THE BAY) . We left the Edge because we were just on another path, it was not a great gym for us....now two years later we keep getting phone calls saying we never canceled our membership so they just keep charging us every month. Month after month....We specifically told MANAGEMENT ON NUMEROUS TIMES WE ARE LEAVING (CAN'T NAME HIS NAME..) but yet they charge us two years later for gym fees that we do not use. It's not that they did not see us and thought we were still part of the gym because 1- the gym was always empty so they could see us.2- they knew us personally because we rented the studio so they knew us well.3- we told them, gave a month's notice for the studio, and said we are leaving. How in the hell are they expecting us to pay fees when they did not cancel when we said we were going and finishing up here? No, that gym is the pits!!! We even sent bank statements and went in the gym to tell the management personally to sort this **** out....they always said they will. But what ever!!!!!
