It really is a pity you cannot give a company nil stars. Be extremely careful when signing with this gym! From punitive debit orders and penalty fees, challenging cancellation processes, ignored email or WhatsApp queries, and charged for levies falling outside of your cancelled Contract period. From what I've seen online, I am unfortunately not the first to experience any of these types of issues with the Beacon Bay branch.
