Edge fitness deducting off my account where i had a contract with Planet fitness

Worst service ever.... found out now for the first time after 5 months that Planet fitness doesnt even exist anymore.. went to the bank to get a bank statement just to find out edge fitness has been deducting for the last 5 months without my knowledge.. what the ***??? i sighned a contract with planet fitness NOT with Edge.. why are they deducting and why dont i know about it? any decent or manager or owner would contact the people letting them know what is going on. i know nothing... Edge was very quick to get my banking details to debit my account but they couldnt even send me a dam R1 sms to notify me that planet fitness no longer exists... i want this cancelled immediatly.. i gave you no permission.. i didnt sighn up to edge.. i dont know edge why would i just sit back and accept that they now have taken over and i must just pay.... if you run your business like this without even consulting the customers why would i want to do business with you... even if it had to take you a week whole day everyday to contact each and every member to let them know... thats exactly what you do.. i will not leave it like this.. 5 whole months of R502 deductions from Edge who i never heard of or been contacted by or even sighned a debit order by.. thats rediculious... I want my money back... i had a contract with planet fitness not edge... take me off ur system... i dnt know u and u cannot force me to gym by you or force me into a membership...
