EDGE FITNESS ARE ********

After signing with Edge Fitness in Walmer during lockdown. I was promised a free membership because I had won some type of competition, which I ended up having to pay for it without getting the benefits that were promised. I had went thru with the cancellation process last year November to cancel my contract. Which when I signed was told that I would cancel it for free because of the competition that I entered early in March 2020 the R500 due will be paid by them because they will shift the membership to someone else. It’s been 5 months now and they still deducting from my account and no one is calling or sending emails about my cancellation and they not replying to my calls and when I go in the facility as well, I am not getting straight answers, they keep giving me a paper telling me to follow those instructions and I’m not allowed to talk to one of the Managers.
