Don't waste your time, energy or money here.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I am appalled by the poor customer service of this establishment. There is no priority to provide a good service to a customer. I have been struggling for over a year to cancel my membership, and after the admin failed repeatedly to direct me to the website/portal and shared another member's information with me, they still won't contact me and assist me in cancelling my membership. They don't care about physical or mental health issues and will continue to hound you for monthly payments, despite submitting multiple cancellation requests in one month, but won't assist you in cancelling at all. The admins I have been in contact with have been extremely unprofessional and nothing short of rude. Save yourself the stress and don't get a membership, because they make it impossible to get out of - even if your membership has expired.
