Bad customer service

I joined while the company was still under a different company They had issues with my debit order date I sometimes would go to the gym only to find out they did not deduct and the embarrassment of having to turn back

I kept paying R350 instead of R300 I ended up complaining They gave me a form and asked me to wait until they done moving everything

I did fill in the form Still they did not get back to me I stopped going to the gym Kept sending emails for weeks No one bothered to reply I asked to cancel my membership they rep**** with WE HAVE RECEIVED UOUR DEBIT ORDER DATE CHANGE and you owed R600

Haibo that time I stopped going to the gym cz I hate having to turn back there and I look for a trusted gym company Only now they telling me I have to pay an early termination fee that was not discussed with me upon signing contracts let alone the extra R50 I was paying when they deducted late or early

Told them I want NOTHING TO DO WITH THEM!!! I want out
