Absolutely non-existent customer service

Don't be lured into signing a contract based on the so-called R1 joining fee. The salesman will talk about giving you the best rates if you sign a 2 year contract - make sure that is in fact the term you sign up for - it may well be longer. I have been trying to get a settlement out of them since August as I have relocated...completed the online cancellation forms, called numerous times but nothing...no response...in the meantime the debit order goes off very punctually every month!! They are unprofessional and do not have a clue what customer service means!
