EDGEXEC is a ****TY recruiter

I had an interview with them to prepare me for a finance interview at Shanduka ltd. Now, Shanduka only recruits through Edgexec and I would only receive feedback from Edgexec. I went for the first interview in February, impressed Shanduka, then for the final interview 3 days later. <br> <br> Shanduka told me they after very decisive in decision-making and I would know whether I got the job by the end of the day. Weeks, upon weeks went by. I expected at least a phone call from the Edgexec telling me I did not get the job, but instead I phoned them a few weeks after and they told me that Shanduka is preparing offers for me and they really fancied me for the position. She even gave my 95% assurance that I got the position.<br> <br> Again, weeks and weeks went by with no response. I keep phoning Edgexec, being told they do not know what the hold-up is, and that they don't want to push Shanduka. <br> <br> For 2.5 full months they kept me on a string, making empty promises, not giving feedback or responding to any queries.<br> <br> Their CEO, is a arrogant lady bragging about being a CA, but is true light knows ziltch about managing a company. Most pathetic recruiter ever. STAY AWAY!!
