Zevenwacht Mall Poor Customer Care
I went to Zevenwacht Mall Edgars, looking for Baby Bottles. I brought the samle size of teh teats. It was a mission impossible to get attention of the staff to come and assist me. Let alone the actual assistance which I never got. Nobody could read the size of the teats on the sealed bottles. I was not allowed to remove the plastic and do a proper check than buying a wrong teat which I had previously done and was not alolowed to change them. I left the shop without bottles for my son. BUt they were there in the shop. I was just not important enough as a customer to get assistance I required. I have used Edgars since forever, but after that service. No thank you. My money and loyalty are clearly not good enough nor valued by Edgars.
