Zero service for R460

On the 3rd of this month I decided to change my make up so I went to Edgars waterfall mall Rustenburg spoke to one of the sales ladies and she recommended that I try Mac, Clinique or Esteen loreal so I went for Mac I try it while in the store it looked good but when I put it on the following day it looked different so I decided to take it back to the store the sales lady who was on duty told me is not possible to return it so I ask her if the is condition written on the product where they state that they wouldn't take it back if something like this happens than she told her colleague and she also said samething than I asked same question again that when she decided to call her manager or someone than that person said on the line you can exchange it with the tester this is how Edgars value they customers they rather loss a customer than they stupid products I will never sit my feet on the Mac stand Thank you for the worse service ever
