Zeewenwacht EDGARS Stores Management Disloyalty and Dishonest

It's was very shocking to discover that a voucher that I had purchased in November 2019 with Edgar's stores in Adderley Street Cape Town couldn't be traced on their systems December 2020. All receipts were presented after numerous e-mails exchand with them this ended up with a final response to say the voucher was redeemed online yet I couldn't even know how that is done. No refund was done as I was promised by a Zeewenwacht mall Edgars Stores Manager last time I went for a refund...
