Zandile Edgars customer care is as bad the company that employs her
Horrible service still waiting on products ordered a week ago. No communication at all from their side Zandile from customer is just as useless making empty promises.

Astounding bad service wow!
Zandile from the customer call center needs to be fired she makes so many promises and never gets back to you.ive been waiting for my parcel for 7 days now shoulda been here in 3...this is the worst service delivery I've had in recent times. I won't be using Edgars anymore...and I will be encouraging my closest to do the same
