Your service lacks International standards principles, and you take people for Granted.

They do not want to attend my query. I have laid a complain since May, I have sent emails to their Remitence email address, their edcon address, to one of the consultants Ntokozo Ntusi who also ignored me after acknowledging the receipt of my email I have made calls to their call centre and all I get is they will escalate but no one comes back. My credit score is suffering because they won't update an online payment I made, trying to be an honest citizen when the lockdow restriction where just implemented. Everyone I speak to says they see my payment but no one had the intelligence to update it. I am sick of their service and if they thinki will recommend them they've mistaken.
