Your RAM courier is an issue

Probably the worst customer experience Ive experience where they got my address wrong and now my wife's birthday surprise is spoilt. I contacted your courier WhatsApp line this morning to query as i saw the address code was incorrect. I chatted to an agent by the name of Rethabile who was very rude, by TYPING in CAPS.. i am a service Delivery Manager and i know what is service Delivery and this was far from it. if this were my employee, its employees like this that gives your brand a bad review/experience, think there were over 5000 bad reviews reported on Hellopeter.com for RAM couries. by this all our plans for tonight are spoilt. I seriously wouldn't use that courier as i dont trust buying online with Edgars again.
