Your incompetence will not be incurred by ME!!!

I had purchased clothes from Edgars and I didnt receive a till slip. I was told that I cannot leave the store with the clothes even though the EFT had gone through reason being the ladies had logged a complaint regarding the till slip not printing. After that call, they told me that my money would be returned to me and I cannot leave with the clothes. They felt it was a risk on their side but nobody thought about my risk. I paid for clothes adn I didnt receive them and I left the store without my proof that I did not receive the clothes. I receivd a call from the Manager who was polite, asked me to come and collect the clothes. I have thought about this situation that Edgars has put me in,I will not go to Rustenburg to collect those clothes. I want nothing to do with Edgars and I would like the funds in my account before the end of today. I will not incur any other expenses for your incompetence, why should i drive there to collect clothes from you that you should have given me. Give me back my money, you can keep your clothes!!!
