Your cashiers must learn to speak nicely otherwise you will loose customers

Just coming from Edgars canal walk to return a sneaker that I bought for my child which he’ was not here the time I was buying it..now the sneaker doesn’t fit him so I went there to return one of the cashiers told me that I can’t get a refund after 30days bt the shoe it’s still on the same condition that I bought m..price tag on everything I have a till slip also..so when I’m asking for a Manager she rep**** and said I don’t where I must get a Manager the only thing I can do is to give u the paper to read the terms and condition of the company..I’m a very upset
