Young people are not welcome as new customers
I app**** for account .The system declined me . I AM 18 years don't have any accounts and hoped this would be my first . I have been permanently employed for eleven months and earn R8500.00 per month . I stay with my parents and don't have any expense , Thinking that opening an account would allow me to save money as I buy all my clothes cash .Was I wrong . What I don't get is that my friend app**** that earns less than me and was approved also his first account . Why am I not good enough . And the call centre don't wast your air time. Please no need to get back to me . I will never have an account with any of your edcon group retailers and will inform as many of my Young friends to also follow my example , as we the now generation that should be your future customers are being treated unworthy .
