You want my money but won't give me service like the NCPA say you must
<p>I called this morning to change my recidence. Only to be told a person can receive post via email and mail. I was also tod I cannot receive the previous 6 month statements with the new address on it. I think this is pathetic since you want to charge me interested but not offer me service! Please contact me when your email me the 6 months address I will phone my legal aid to hear by the what rights I have since Edgars is ripping me off .</p>

Please be advised due to the system a statement is only generated once at the end of each billing cycle .As there address on your account was updated after your statement was generated on the 06.09.2016 the current statement dated 06.09.2016 will still reflect the incorrect address however your statements from October 2016 will reflect the correct details.
As per investigations a current letter has been sent to you providing your new details. Your reference number is ***/GO
